Refund policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless there are concerns regarding the authenticity of the product. To initiate a return based on authenticity concerns, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Along with your notification, please provide authentication verification from a reputable source, such as Entrupy, Real Authentication, or Legitmark.

Once the authentication information is reviewed and confirmed, you will receive a return label within 24 hours. The item must then be returned in the same condition it was received, and it must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return label.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued, provided that the item is in the same condition as when it was originally shipped.
